WORDS OF LIFE.

WORDS OF LIFE.

 Joseph Vella. 8/5/98.

WORDS OF LIFE.

PROVERBS 18:21 Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

What you say, is what you get, whether you speak life and health, or death and sickness.

PROVERBS 21:23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
We are to guard our mouths.

JAMES 3:8 But the tongue can no man tame; [it is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison
I believe speaking in tongues, will allow the Holy Spirit, to help you control your mouth.

1 PETER 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

MARK 11:23 {For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.}

Notice, in Mark 11:23, is talking about believing, and speaking with the mouth, speaking and believing.
Jesus said, out of "THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART THE MOUTH SPEAK"
or we can say it this way, what you are believing for, is what you will speak.

Faith comes as you are believing and speaking God's Word, and the things you are believing in WILL COME TO PASS.

ROMANS 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

You are saved by the words of your mouth, by believing and saying, saying and believing.

ROMANS 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

1 TIMOTHY 4:6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.  NOTE. WORDS OF FAITH.

2 TIMOTHY 1:13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

MATTHEW 12:36 {But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.}

MATTHEW 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, {verily I say unto you, if ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done.] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.}

We are to speak to the mountain. Everything we receive from God is by faith.

Can a man say, Jesus is my Lord, and then say, He isn't, and expect to be Born-Again,?? or can a man say, he wants the Baptism with the Holy Ghost, and then say he cannot receive and expects to get filled.??

Or can a person believe God for healing and then say, I FEEL SICK and still expect to receive, it??

The answer is NO, that person will not receive anything from God, Because he is a double-minded man. Look at, JAMES 1:6, and JAMES 1:8.

We are spirit beings, we belong to the Kingdom of God, and we are strangers on Earth. Jesus is our Lord and God.

We are not of the Earth, satan is not our god, we are not to speak faithless words, like the people who are under satan's dominion, we are to speak faith-filled words, like Jesus.

Everything we receive from God, we receive by FAITH, we are to live by faith, and we are to speak faith.

We are to let faith have her perfect work in us, WHY,?? because faith pleases God, faith moves God, by faith we believe "HE IS", and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

It is sad, that there are those who want the best of both worlds. You cannot serve God and the World. {God and mammon.}

I have been told,
"You are so heavenly-minded, you are no earthly good." But I say, " if I am earthly-minded, then I am no Heavenly good.

JAMES 3:10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

JAMES 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

JAMES 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

JAMES 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

JAMES 1:8 A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.

PSALMS 17:4 Concerning the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept [me from] the paths of the destroyer.
ANOTHER WAY OF SAYING THIS, IS? BY SPEAKING GOD'S WORDS, I HAVE KEPT MYSELF FROM THE PATHS OF THE DEVIL.
