7 Reasons why you should Speak in Tongues.

1. Speaking in Tongues - Allows you to Speak Directly to God.


"1 Corinthians 14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries". 


2. Speaking in Tongues - Builds up your Human spirit.

"1 Corinthians 14:4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church".

The one speaking in a tongue builds himself up, but he prophesying builds up a church.


3. Speaking in Tongues - is Your Human spirit is praying to God.

"1 Corinthians 14:14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful". 


4. Speaking in Tongues - is Praying with my spirit and with my understanding.

"1 Corinthians 14:15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also". 


5. Speaking in Tongues - Helps You Pray when you're Not Sure What to Pray.

"Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered". 


6. Speaking in Tongues - Strengthens you to stand against the Work of the Enemy.

"Mark 16:17-18 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues"; 


7. Speaking in Tongues - Was prophesied.


"Isaiah 28:11-12 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people". 

:12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear". 


Have you noticed? 

 

Those People who don't believe in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, seldom if ever talk about Signs, Wonders and Miracles. They have "No Zeal", "No Fire", "And No Power". WHY?? Because they are in disobedience to what Jesus commanded them to do in Acts... 

"Act 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, "commanded them" that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me". 


SADLY, some religious churches have said No, to Jesus.  

But When He was with them, He empowered them to do the work of the Ministry. 

But now He had to go away to Heaven. So He told them; 

"I will not leave you, orphans, I will send you The Holy Spirit" 

He is to empower you/us to dwell in you/us forever.


Without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we lack the power to come against the demonic hordes that will attack us. 

We lack the power to do the work of the Ministry effectively. 


Jesus had to be baptized with the Holy Ghost before He started His Ministry. 

Now, If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit, don't you think we do??

 SALVATION PRAYER 2. Joseph Vella. 17/07/2022. You Died for Me on the Cross so that I may have ETERNAL LIFE with You.  Thank You, LORD JESUS. He was born of a Virgin Mary, she called Him Jesus. He paid the price of sin for you and me. He paid that price with His Life's Blood. On the cross of Calvary Jesus became the Sacrificial Lamb of God , who takes away the Sin (One Sin. Adam's Sin.) of the World. HE DIED FOR YOU AND ME. If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God,  Born of a Virgin Mary, that is good. Because..., Jesus is waiting for you to invite Him into Your Heart. To make Him LORD and SAVIOUR, so you can have a Personal Relationship with Him.  Revelations 3:20, John 3:3. TO BE SAVED YOU MUST ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND  SAVIOUR. Jesus Said..." Unless a man is Born Again, he will not enter the Kingdom of God" . John 3:3.
