HEALING IS IN THE ATONEMENT.

Read Luke 5:20-25
:23  Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?

Psalms 107:20  He sent His word and healed (to cure (cause to) heal, physician, repair, thoroughly, make whole) them, And delivered ( to escape, to release or rescue; deliver, escape, let go, preserve, save. ) them from their destructions.

Quicken your mortal bodies.
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken (( re-) vitalize  - make alive, give life, quicken) your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles.
Mat 10:8  Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Mar 3:14  Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach,

Mar 3:15  and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:

1John 3:8  He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. (Look at 2 Cor 4:4)

Luke 9:2  He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:9  And heal the sick there, and say to them, "The kingdom of God has come near to you."

Preaching The Kingdom of God is not in word only, but in power, with Signs, Wonders and Miracles following by The Holy Spirit as He wills. 1 Cor 4:20.

What are the works of the devil.?
Sin, sickness, disease, physical and spiritual death.
These came in with the devil, when he became the god of this world system.
Before that, in the garden of Eden there was no sin, sickness, disease, physical and spiritual death.

Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil.

Psalms 103:3  Who forgives all your iniquities, (Sin) Who heals (heal, Make whole) all your diseases, (disease, sickness).

Note: Sickness, disease physical and spiritual death is the result of sin on the Earth.

Note: The words “save” from the following Scriptures, is SOZO in the original Greek.
Note: The word “save” is used for both save from sin and save from sickness.

 

Matthew 1:21  And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins."

Matthew 18:11  For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.

Luke 19:10  for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save (SOZO) that which was lost."
Romans 11:14  if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh and save (SOZO) some of them.
James 5:15  And the prayer of faith will save (SOZO) the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

These Scriptures are talking about the work of the cross.

Healing is in the atonement. If God wants to save everyone then He also wants to heal everyone, because healing is also a work of the cross.

Isaiah 53:4  Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.

From H3510; anguish or (figuratively) affliction: - grief, pain, sorrow.

Isaiah 53:5  But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.

From H2266; properly bound (with stripes), that is, a weal (or black and blue mark itself): - blueness, bruise, hurt, stripe, wound.

A primitive root; properly to mend (by stitching), that is, (figuratively) to cure: - cure, (cause to) heal, physician, repair, X thoroughly, make whole.

Now let’s look at Matthew.
Matthew 8:17  that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND BORE OUR sickness."  Referring to Isaiah 53:4.

Comment:  Salvation and Healing are a part of the complete work of the Cross of Jesus. The Cross is God’s provision for Mankind. It’s God’s act of LOVE.
God wants to Save us as much as He wants to Heal us. 
Healing has already been given through the Cross.
You cannot separate Salvation and Healing. They are a part of the Cross.
Don’t beg or try to convince God for our needs. He love’s you.
We are to receive our healing through FAITH in the finished work of the Cross of Jesus Christ.

You really cannot seperate “sin” and it’s effects “sickness, disease and death”. They all came from the same source...the devil.
                                                  
So please don’t blame God, if some one is not Healed. Because we walk and touch a World of sin. We get polluted by sin (Hearing and seeing, cursing,  swearing and filth.. ETC). Please don’t misunderstand, just because you get sick doesn't mean you have sinned.

There are also many, many reasons, why people don’t get healed....

 

Our FREE WILL is one. God will always honour our free will. Therefore we can sometimes hinder God.
Wrong teaching or beliefs like, “God don’t heal any more”, or “maybe He will, maybe He won’t”. That is not Faith, that is doubt and unbelief. 

Without Faith it is impossible to please God.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The devil will always oppose God and His will for Mankind. Don’t believe his lies. He will try to rob you of all of God’s blessings through wrong teaching and wrong believes. And lack of knowledge of God’s word.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:

Make it your business to know God’s Word, The Bible, so you can protect and help all your loved one’s and many others.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

STAND UP FOR WHAT GOD SAYS, BE A MAN OR WOMAN OF GOD.
Speaking the truth in love, is speaking love.. Telling someone they are wrong is love because you are showing that you care, if you don’t speak someone could end up in hell.
 Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
