QUESTIONS ON CREATION AND CORRUPTION
QUESTIONS ON CREATION AND CORRUPTION.
1. Did God Create Sickness?
2. Did God Create Satan?
3. Why Didn’t God Heal "Paul's Thorn in the Flesh"?
4. Why Did God Create Animals that Harm Mankind?
1. What God created was wholly good. But when sin entered the world through the devil’s deception, God’s perfect creation was corrupted. Jesus came and gave His life to redeem mankind—bringing deliverance from sickness, disease, and death.
2. God did not create Satan; He created Lucifer, a
radiant and good angel. Yet pride took root in his heart, and in rebellion
against God, he fell—becoming the devil. As Scripture declares in
Ezekiel
28:12–15, he was perfect in beauty and blameless in his ways until wickedness
was found in him.
Paul’s “thorn in the flesh” was a messenger
of Satan, sent to harass him and hinder the preaching of Jesus. Though Paul
pleaded with God to remove this torment, the truth was that he had already been
empowered by the Holy Spirit to cast out devils and walk in authority. As Jesus
declared in
Mark
16:15–17, those who believe are commissioned to proclaim the gospel and drive
out demons in His name.
Luke
10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
3.
When God first created the animals, before the fall, there was no harm and no
pain. But when sin entered through Adam and Eve’s rebellion, all of creation
was corrupted. This brokenness made it necessary for Jesus to die on the cross,
to restore what had been lost.
4.
Scriptures say, God tempts no one with evil.
James
1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be
tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
James 1:14
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Conclusion:
God’s creation was good; sin corrupted it, but Jesus restores.
His will is always to
heal, save, and deliver.
Call to action:
Trust God’s goodness, walk
in His authority, and proclaim Christ’s victory.
Closing scripture:
“The Son of God appeared
to destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8).
For example, unresolved anger, lingering bitterness, or a spirit of unforgiveness can become barriers that hinder a person’s healing.
God’s
will is always to save, as declared in John 3:16.
Yet not all are saved.
Why? Because of free will, wrong teaching, or lack of knowledge, such as
believing “God doesn’t heal anymore,” “He doesn’t love me,” or being bound by
empty religious traditions. If a person chooses not to accept Jesus as Lord and
Saviour, God will honour that choice. Heaven or hell—it rests in the decision of
each heart.
JESUS CAME TO DESTROY ALL THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL. 1 John 3:8.
I PRAY THAT HELPS YOU.
MANY BLESSINGS.
